In this study, we measured the interfacial shear strength between a thermoplastic resin and carbon fiber by novel pinhole-type pull-out method. method, specimen had pinhole formed on thin metal plate filled with resin. A was embedded into pulled out from pinhole. Seven types of polymers were used as resin, including PP, Modified PA6, PA12, PC, PMMA PEEK. shape is determined geometry always cylindrical. This method can be to measure frictional force after occurrence debonding at interface. As hypothesis, defined total load sum bonding components in load.
